This trip is from KL to KK, Because I'm from PG. So I send out a mail to find out is that possible to flight from PG to KK & what is the cost on 11 Apr.
Due to no reply , I do call up on 14 Apr and your said that the PIC was outstation & will be back in 1 to 2 days time. Due to still no reply from your,I call up today & your told me that this trip already full since yesterday.
The purpose that I send out this mail is to let your know , this is the case happened that due to mishandlering & it so disappointed me , hope that your can upgrate your system to prevent same thing to be happen again.
